Jones, a particularly intelligent mutt, he has become a social media phenomenon in 2020.

In a short video posted on Twitter, he can be seen enjoying a well-deserved rest on the Sofa at home in Texas, USA.

Seconds later, the little owner walks by with the laundry basket overflowing with clean clothes. A sock falls on the floor and the boy asks him to pick it up.

“Do I really have to do this?”

Jonsi at first glance doesn’t seem very motivated to leave his comfortable sofa.

But after letting out what appears to be a sigh, the little dog gets up lazily, pick up the sock and takes him upstairs to his human.

The owner is to say the least amazed. He certainly didn’t expect Jonsi to lend him a hand. In fact, he says to him: “Oh my God, you really did it!”.

The short film has been viewed and shared over 8 million times on Facebook and Twitter!

Jonsi is famous again!

And now the video has gone viral again. Indeed the Instagram account dogsareimportant reposted these images to his page in early February 2023.

Since then, another 1.3 million people have watched and enjoyed Jonsi helping her human in housework.

“Hilarious,” someone commented. “Jonsi’s little hesitation before grabbing the sock drives me nuts. It’s like he’s saying, ‘Okay, well, if I have to…’”.

“It was the eye contact,” another user wrote. “The dog seemed to be saying, ‘Damn it. You saw me, now I have to pick it up.’ I like the sigh he gave before leaving his comfortable sofa to help his master.’
