Two dogs suddenly ran away from home entering the Adriatic highway, precisely in the section between Cattolica and Pesaro.
Eleonoraa student from Riccione who was on her way to the University of Pesaro, noticed the two dogs and didn’t think twice about blocking traffic to recover Bruce ed Hellas. The girl then made them get into her car and took them to the Riccione kennel.
Thanks to the telephone number connected to the microchip it was possible to trace the owner, the veterinarian Roberta Olivieri di Cattolica, who was desperately looking for the two animals together with her husband.
Without Eleonora’s timely and courageous intervention, the two animals could have risked their lives as well as causing dangerous accidents.
How did the dogs escape?
Roberta said that her German Shepherds have certainly fled because of gate accidentally left open from one of the workers who carried out some work in the house:
«A worker has inadvertently left the gate open, perhaps carelessly because he knows them and knows that they never cross the threshold. I don’t know why the female ran like a rocket out and the male, who is his shadow, behind.’
And he goes on to say: «The worker tried in vain to stop them. He immediately called me and, during the search, they told us that they had seen them near the entrance to the motorway tollbooth ».
Finally together
When Dr. Olivieri arrived at the kennel she found Eleonora waiting for her. The emotion was immense when the woman embraced her two big dogs again, thanking Eleonora infinitely for having saved them.
“It’s a miracle. I will never stop thanking her. When I saw her we hugged, she had tears in her eyes, I was moved. I thank the Riccione kennel for having welcomed them and for their professionalism ».
A risky adventure ended well!
