Officers dive into frozen lake to rescue dog (Video)

Two officers of the Spanish Civil Guard from the town of Huesca made a movie rescue.

A Golden Retriever has been trapped in a frozen lake. The animal’s life was hanging by a thread, but the agents didn’t hesitate a second to dive into the freezing waters to save it.

A video that makes you shiver

The video, published by the Guardia Civil on Twitter on Tuesday 7 December, has already been seen by more than 950,000 people. And it’s no wonder why the images are shocking.

The Civil Guard dived into a frozen lake to save a dog from death from hypothermia. The cub was walking with its owner near a frozen lake in Huesca when, suddenly, the animal ventured onto the ice, which gave way under its weight and left it trapped in the freezing water.

A unique rescue

The owner immediately called the Guardia Civil, who sent two agents to rescue the dog. The agents did not hesitate to dive into the freezing water without clothes for save the animal scared and frozen.

Thanks to the intervention of the two heroes, the dog returned to shore and found its owner. Now he is recovering in the warmth of his home.
