Wood, the dog with the sad record of staying in a kennel in the province of Treviso

Today we tell you the story of a dog that “boasts” the uncoveted record of more time spent in the kennel of the whole province of Treviso.

Arrived at the shelter in 2016, in 7 years Wood has not received any adoption requests and, every day, the big dog witnesses the sad scene of seeing his box mates leave for new lives in the family, except for him.

7 years in the kennel is too many!

Although Wood receives all the love and care from the Enpa volunteers who take care of it, the four-legged friend really needs a home and the affection of a family all to himself.

The long time spent in the kennel has forged his character, became a bit wary. The volunteers define him as “a nice old spinster who needs him”, but who knows how to overwhelm people who know how to respect his times with affection.

However, he remains a sweet tooth who loves walking and playing ball, like most of our four-legged friends.

Let’s give Wood a home!
