On January 11, 2023 at Buchanan Dam, in Texas (USA), a passer-by discovered a dog in great pain.
The man immediately contacted the sheriff’s office to report the poor four-legged e ask for help.
They shot him
The poor dog had been hit multiple times with a firearm and left to his fate.
The animal control unit attended the scene and the animal was placed in the care of the local shelter, theHill Country Humane Society where the staff decided to call him Messiah.
A true miracle
When the vets examined the little dog, they found he had 8 bullets in the body: in the neck, near the muzzle, in the upper part of the back, in the paw. Luckily none had hit the main thoroughfares.
The position taken by the shelter is important, as it has announced that it will offer one reward $5,000 to anyone who can provide information about this terrible act of cruelty in order to bring those responsible to justice.
The shelter members, meanwhile, have found a loving family in which Messiah will remain stalled until his own complete healing.
Come on Messiah get healthy as soon as possible so you can find a family to live with forever!
