The video starring Waffles and Maple was released on October 28, 2022 and within a few days he has already collected more than 23 thousand hearts!

And the reason is soon said: in the clip, the dog, cat and owner are quietly sitting on the sofa, perhaps watching a movie, until the human has the “brilliant” idea of make two scratches to the dog who, playfully, moves his big teeth as if to grab the hand of his two paws of the heart.

Never! The cat Waffles thought, who with a feline paw and a meow worthy of a Lion King, decides to punish the unfortunate dog who takes the beating in silence and with a shocked look.

The hilarity of the looks

It is not known why the cat had this reaction, if it was jealousy or desire for calm and tranquility that at that moment the dog was taking away from him. What is certain is that the reactions of the two animals are laughable with tears in their eyes, especially Maple’s gaze which almost seems to say “What have I done wrong!”

Even the owner was shocked from the reaction of his cat and the comments of the web were not long in coming:

“The cat wanted to protect you,” says one. “Waffles scolded the dog for not paying attention to the movie anymore,” replies another.

What is certain is that Maple would like to make peace with her roommate, but the feline seems to be fine on its own! A fun couple!
