Eden is a beautiful 1-year-old Jack Russell crossbreed dog who was welcomed into the shelter SAMin the Marseille region of France in November 2022.
As soon as he arrived at the facility, the staff realized that he was really too wild. This abnormal behavior was caused by a past made of privations especially of the more natural freedoms for a dog.
Tied up on the balcony
Retrieved at the age of 8 months from the shelter, Eden had been found tied to a doghouse with a short ropeon the balcony.
The puppy obviously lacked love, but also the simplest of freedoms: that of move as is necessary for a dog.
When the association became aware of his situation, they wanted to help him quickly. With a lot of chutzpah, the owner of Eden, without any remorse, he tried to sell it to volunteers.
The refuge managed to recover the four-legged, obviously without paying a single euro. The volunteers soon realized that the puppy really needed to make up for lost time to live like a prisoner: for this reason he had become overly dynamic.
It was necessary to find him a new master who loved him and could satisfy his need for freedom!
One meeting will change him forever
Eden’s story deeply affected a man who decided to go and meet him. Among them was a true lightning strike!
The new owner of the little dog, over the moon for the adoption that has just been finalized, wanted to immortalize Eden’s first car journey with a video. Look at him, he looks like another dog: quiet, calm, relaxed, just happy!
That unhealthy excitement is already gone, there’s just so much serenity given by the deep bond that has already been established with what is now his human soul mate.
