Furthermore, it is good to consider the use of a cover in more species when our furry friend is convalescent and must wear “post-operative clothing”. And in all other cases?

Beyond these practical uses, and in some cases indispensable, for the well-being of the dog, there are however a series of other situations in which coats for dogs and clothes represent, in reality, a mere beauty or trendy accessory, which it is used more to please the masters than for the needs of the dogs.
In all these cases, it is good to remember that although it is permissible to dress your dog to the fullest, it is also indispensable make sure that the latter does not feel annoyed if not actually harmed by the use of these models.
Pay attention to the size of the animal!
For example, it’s always good to consider the size of your four-legged friend to be sure you buy clothing and accessories for dogs that are the right fix for their size.
A raincoat for small dogs will never be suitable even for a medium-sized dog!
Dog clothing for special occasions
And what about holy days for which both owners and dogs need appropriate clothing? We are referring to parties to spend together, in front of a fireplace, on the street or by the sea, during which it is always nice to take a group photo in which our furry friends cannot be missing.
But remember, before dressing your dog from head to toe, try to figure out if he’s okay with it!
