The owner of a cat called Squishy had tried everything to locate her after she disappeared during a motorhome trip, but the animal remained nowhere to be found. Almost 3 weeks later, the news that she no longer dared to hope arrived.

On Sunday, August 7, Chelsea Berkowitzher brother and her pussy Squishy were undertaking a long road trip in a motorhome from Saint Anthonyin the State of Texas, and leading them to Massachusetts.

Over the next few days, she combed the lost and found pet pages on social media. She posted countless wanted notices, relayed massively by local residents, and distributed posters.

“It gave me hope in humanity”

On Saturday, August 27, luck finally smiled on the family. A woman discovered Squishy near where she had vanished and was able to take her home to take care of her. The cat was dehydrated, hungry and exhausted. His benefactress gave him something to eat and drink, as well as a quiet corner to allow him to rest.
