The veterinary team of a clinic in Dinan in the north of Franceshared on social networks what had happened to a client.
The story dates back to August 2020, when Mrs L. entrusted her cat Lestat to a animal pension during his holidays.
He doesn’t believe his ears
When Mrs L., returning from her holidays, went to the structure where she had left her cat, she made a sad discovery.
Lestat was no longer at the boarding house… He was now living with another family.
Ms. L. immediately contacted these people who had taken away by mistake her cat and learned of another piece of information, even more painful than the first.
Lestat very stressed upon arrival in that new house he had escaped at the first opportunity.
Its owner has done everything to find Lestat, but without success. For well two years and a half he has never heard from his little furry friend again.
An unexpected call
Then, at the end of January 2023, a lady showed up at the Dinan veterinary clinic with a black cat she had found on the street.
By reading the information on his microchip, the veterinary team found that yes it was about Lestat!
His mistress, incredulous, rushed to the clinic with only one idea in mind: to recover her cat.
Mrs. L. found it hard to believe that, after all that time and the various vicissitudes that had befallen the furry baby, she could squeeze again in my arms her beloved Lestat.
Never like in this case do we want to remember that “hope dies last”!
