Capo he is a very sweet dog with a deep gaze who has been looking for a family of his own for some time.
Volunteers of Anpana refuge in Marcaria (Mantova) where he has lived for 5 years, they wrote a splendid letter, in his name, for Saint Lucia, which is celebrated today 13 December.
Here it is below.
Letter to Saint Lucia
«Dear Santa Lucia, do you remember me?
This is the third year that I write to you because I don’t give up. And I never stop believing it.
Also last year I tried to ask you for a family gift, but nothing happened.
As you know I have been with Anpana volunteers for 5 years now. They are all I have: they are my Family.
You know, dear Santa, I would really like a family of my own. The volunteers always tell me that I deserve it, that I’m a good dog. But at the moment my Family still doesn’t show up…
Was she stuck in traffic or maybe she lost her way to get to me?
I don’t stop hoping.
If on your magical night, you would also like to visit me and my companions to give us each a Family, I would be really happy…
And if you can’t give us a house… well, bring us some boxes full of treats and toys: me and all my classmates always like them and we are greedy for them and we really love to play».
Words that melt even the hardest hearts. Capo deserves all the love in this world! ❤️

Capo is a wonderful medium-large sized dog, compatible with female dogs. Hopeful e optimistic, has been waiting for his chance for a very long time, precisely for 5 years. Let’s help him realize the “magic of Saint Lucia”!
Capo is located in Marcaria (Mantova), but can be adopted throughout northern Italy, subject to a pre-reliance check.
