A dog has been abandoned with a heartbreaking note.

“My name is Usage. Please love me. My mom can’t keep me and is homeless with 2 kids. She did her best, but she can’t help. Cost too much for her. She really loves me, I’m an amazing dog and I loved being loved. Please don’t mistreat me.”
The shelter attempt
Il McKamey Animal Center published a post on his page to tell what happened. But the objective of the shelter was another: find the owner of Lilo and give her the help she needs.
“If you’re reading this, we hope you’ll come forward to take it back,” wrote the MAC. We will help you with whatever you need to take care of her, we will go the extra mile. Lilo really misses you and we would love to see her return to the family she loves.”
The commitment of the MAC
Il McKamey Animal Center has resources and agencies able to help homeless families who need help taking care of their pets.
Meanwhile, the post got more than two thousand shares in less than 24 hours. Let’s hope Lilo’s owner can step up and reunite with her beloved dog.
