Garrett Stuteville, who lives in Singapore, told a Insider:
“All we know is that he’s still been locked up in the cage for more than 10 hours. And it is not known when the flight should leave again. We were told that he could not be let out of the cage due to TSA rules. We just want to know it’s okay from someone who’s there.”
The man added that he and his wife have hired a company in the United States to do so managed the process of transport to bring their dog from the US to Singapore. The agent they hired was able to get in touch with the operators Lufthansa in Germany but no Washington representative was contacted.
