This is the story of Truea dog like everyone else, a dog that loves to dig holes in the garden of his house, in Russia. Too bad, however, that her old owner didn’t feel the same way …
A house to forget
True had been adopted by a drug addict. One day, under theeffect of drugs, the man has seen fit to punish True for having dug a hole in the garden. And not one punishment whatever: he had cut off its front legs.
Found in a bloodbath by neighbors, True was immediately taken to the nearest vet who, thankfully, managed to save his life.
The pseudo-owner died of an overdose some time later, but for True, who had now arrived at a local shelter, the consequences of his act would remain for her entire life.
A second chance
The shelter has tried day after day to make the little dog forget his sad past. Aware of the fact that a real home could have helped them overcome any trauma, the volunteers they post an ad online that touches the heart of Erin Blakea woman of Toronto.
Erin decides, therefore, to pay for the plane ticket to cross the Pacific Ocean to little True who, upon his arrival, immediately receives specialized care and a trolley that helps him walk.
Initially shy, True now rediscovers the pleasure of life, but above all the meaning of the word love. Have a good life little one!
