This phenomenon is equally extraordinary in cats.
Could there be another explanation?
Some users are not entirely convinced that the puppy is actually a hermaphrodite. This could be the diagnosis if the also presence of the ovaries feminine.
Some commentators have pointed out that perhaps this is just a case of ipospadiasthat is, a malformation of the penis.
