The story of many it breaks the soul of anyone who reads it. Loba is a very special dog for his caregivers, volunteers of the Society for the Protection of Animals and Plants of Malagain Spain, due to all the suffering that this four-legged bear carries on his shoulders.
A very heavy baggage of experience for any self-respecting dog, because what they did to this innocent creature leaves you speechless.
Attached to a tree
Loba was found tied to a tree. But that’s not all: her rescuers discovered that she had horrific wounds to her neck, was full of flies and other insects and was malnourished. A scenario that, a priori, went hand in hand with the worst of endings.
Life, however, gave her a new opportunity thanks to the people who found, untied and rescued her. The same ones that have it taken to the shelter where she is recoveringresting and verifying in one’s own flesh what human warmth means.
“We will be eternally grateful to those people who saved her,” they write in the Facebook post of the shelter in which they present Loba.
A special little dog
Loba remained in the shelter for a few days, but that short period was enough to make the volunteers understand how special the four-legged was.
“She has never had a bad gesture, not even when she was treated for that horrible wound she had due to human cruelty”, underline her rescuers.
This dog, which unfortunately will remain with the scars of mistreatment and of human cruelty, ha 9 yearsbut despite his age his vitality remains unchanged, as well as his “will to live, to explore, to give and receive love”.
A beautiful sociable dog just waiting to be truly loved!
