Need to speak with a Vet Doctor?

they find a Border Collie in very bad shape, that’s how it is today

Canicattì, province of Agrigento (Sicily). This is the story of Floorsa very sweet little dog found in very bad conditions: invested and victim of one fox trap.

Immediately taken to the vet and operated on, today Patry has almost fully recovered and is ready to be welcomed by her forever family.

Let’s get to know Patry better

Patry is an approximately 2 year old Border Collie of medium size. Followed by the association Border’s Angels & Collie Rescueand the volunteers describe her as «a little shy and in need of acquiring self-confidence in being human, so we are looking for a family that has patience and knows respect his times», adding that Patry «is of one infinite beauty and sweetnessobedient and sociable with humans and other dogs.

The four-legged does not yet know how to go on a leash and, due to the amputation of part of two phalanges of the hind leg, the dog is limping slightly, which gives her aparticular gait; but she is still able to move and in the videos posted in the comments on the Facebook post it is possible to see her walking.

Patry is looking for a home!

The «Borderina», as she is affectionately called by the volunteers who lovingly take care of her, is looking for a family that loves her for life.

Microchipped, vaccinated and negative for the Leishmania test, Patry relies on pre- and post-adoption checks, with an obligation to sterilize.

The volunteers know that it’s more difficult to get a dog with “problems” adopted, but they don’t lose hope that a big-hearted soul can fall in love with sweet Patry and offer her the life she deserves, full of love and attention.

“We understood that it is an adoption of the heart but we still cannot understand why she has not found a family who loves her dearly”, the volunteers write in their post on Instagram.

Good luck Patry ❤️
