Chris Evans’ dog is called Dodger and it was the actor himself who gave it this name; when he hadn’t been adopted yet, his name was Benny.
In October 2020, host of the presenter’s talk show Jimmy Kimmel, Chris Evans revealed that he even has a tattoo of his dog and that he has never regretted having it, unlike other tattoos. Sexiest Man Alive also revealed that his relationship with his dog is also:

The dream team met in 2017 during the shooting of the drama Gifted. One of the scenes was set in a kennel and it was on that occasion that Chris identified his future mate and adopted him on the spot.
