The events occurred in Texas, USA. A farmer was desperate because nobody wanted to buy one of his most special Australian Shepherd puppies.
The animal had lost sight from an eye at birth and his caretaker was losing hope of finding a family that matched him.
Luckily, a woman approached them who was willing to change the course of the dog’s life.
A rough start for the puppy
The scene occurred during the Christmas period, when the other dogs in the litter already had homes.
The farmer had only one left one-eyed puppy to sell, something that was costing him more than he had imagined.
It was then that a woman named Wise she saw it and knew she had to take it home. Kendry had a brother blind in one eye for many years (he had lost his eyesight as a teenager) and thought the two could “get along”.
Pre-Christmas miracle
The woman was not in the slightest mistake. As soon as she arrived at her brother’s house with her puppy, she discovered that the little dog had just found a new family.
Jordan and his children were very happy when they saw him and decided to adopt him.
The puppy was called Shiner Solo: “Shiner” in honor of Texas beer, while “Solo” comes from Jordan’s favorite Star Wars character (Han Solo).
It’s been several years since the dog found a suitable family, and it’s evident how happy and content he is.
Look what a beautiful dog he has become. It breaks our hearts to think that once upon a time nobody wanted that.
