Victoria Brycesonfounder of Miracle’s Missionexplains to Mirror that according to veterinarians, this bad habit could be caused by ” a psychological problem, possibly combined with nerve pain ».

The dog has fully recovered from her operation and her seizures have diminished in intensity. ” The amputation, combined with new drugs, has reduced the instances in which she becomes aggressive towards her remaining hind leg “, noted Victoria Bryceson.

“She will give you so much love and lots of laughs”

Currently, Maya is with a foster family, that of a behavioral veterinarian from Glasgowin Scotland. Miracle’s Mission is open to adoption applications from both the UK and overseas. ” Due to Maya’s complex needs and lack of interest in her, we are willing to find her a suitable home worldwide and fund a paid foster home for her. “says the founder of the organization on this subject.
