An unscrupulous abandonment of a newborn creature that cannot go unnoticed.
Puppy abandoned at birth
Katia Chidichimoa Calabrian volunteer at a local animal shelter, carried out another difficult rescue, which she told publicly.
“I set foot at my parents’ house and two seconds later my cousin telephones me and reports a creature in difficulty, at least luckily he retrieves it and leaves it near the house”.
And he continues:
«Poor creature, she also has wounded paws. For the rest he seems to be fine, he was wet and very cold but vital, covered with many larvae ».
Katia then takes matters into her own hands and takes care of the cat who was found cruelly abandoned at birth closed in a plastic bag.
He cleans him, disinfects and treats his wounds, tries to feed him with a bottle but the poor puppy can’t do it. At that point the woman arms herself with patience and makes a hole in an IV tube in order to breastfeed the baby.

Looking for home
Still with his eyes closed, the kitten weighs 367 grams and appears to be fine. A loving family is sought for him that will make him forget the bad start of his life.
«I don’t know what you have in the place of the heart, here where I live. I don’t know – says Katia sadly -. I give it my all, please grow well that I will find you a super dad or a super mom for life », she concludes hopefully.
The woman concludes with a thought, common to most of all the volunteers who daily take care of abandoned dogs and cats, about the importance of sterilization and concrete actions to be implemented at the public level to try to solve the problem of strays.
