Due stray dogs they cared for a kind-hearted boy. His neighbor, however, did not accept their presence.
Fond of dogs, the boy did not want to let them go, but he recognized that the poor animals were in a risky environmentso he decided to call the association Hope For Paws to ask help.
A need for help
When the volunteers reached the place, the dog was quite friendly while the boy was a little hesitant and nervous.
In tearsthe boy said goodbye to his two tailed friends, knowing they were in good hands.
New life for George and Irene
Once they got to the shelter, they called the male dog George and the bitch Irene. They were such an established couple that Irene was very supportive of George because he was still shy.
George had a bone cancer and luckily they were able to perform surgical treatment to save his life. It was a pity that a leg was amputated, but the quadruped was very brave.
Both were healthy and ready for a fresh start in life.
The guy who asked for help truly had a heart of gold, he did everything he could for the dogs and ultimately set them on the road to a much better life!
