A woman of the Pennsylvania shared her joy after the return of her ginger cat who ran away from home two years ago.

Here’s how things unfolded.

“She came back as if nothing had happened”

On the community site Reddit, Eris wanted to tell the unexpected return of the kitten Q-tip who ran away from home in November 2020.

According to the animal’s owner, the feline returned as if nothing had happened, crossing the door of the house one morning two years ago.

“It’s surreal”

In the shared photos, the cat seems to have resumed her good habits within her family:

“My immediate reaction was to grab her and start screaming with joy,” Eris said. “Everyone was already in bed, but I didn’t care!”

The woman was shocked when she saw her cat come home after so long:

“It’s very strange to have her back,” Eris continued. “Two years ago, she was lying on my bed when I was falling asleep and she hasn’t been there since. Now here she is, it’s surreal!”
