Patience is often the key to a successful animal rescue.

A neighbor fed him
The 9-year-old dog was rescued by the charity AVA – Acting for animal life, which operates in the north of France.
The poor furry was left to itself in his master’s yard, hospitalized for three weeks.
A neighbor tried to feed him when he could. Unfortunately, however, he too had to be hospitalized.
On site, volunteers fromAVA they immediately realized that it would not be easy to approach him. To make him feel safe and win his distrustthe association has chosen a positive approach.
Now take advantage of beautiful walks
Every day the volunteers went to see him and feed him. With a lot of patience and sweetheart, they managed to work wonders in convincing this big teddy bear that they were his friends.
After two weeks, a volunteer was able to put him on a leash to lead him out of his courtyard/jail.
Today the four-legged is discovering the joys of walks and open spaces. The association hopes that he can get a second chance and find a family may she love him until the end of her days.
