Clarence is a dog that has never felt the warmth of a home before. He lived with someone, yes, but to that person he was a mere object in the garden, according to his rescuers.

Puppy abandoned in a parking lot
The person abandoned the dog, without further ado, in the parking lot of a US supermarket. There Clarence found comfort with two other abandoned dogs, a German Shepherd and a Chihuahua crossbreed. It seems they have been there longer and she has started following them.
Eventually the municipal control for animals found him, he was also on the list of dogs that were about to be put down.

After that, the volunteers tried to locate Clarence’s family, but sadly his owners refused to take him.

The little dog, aware of having been saved, has not stopped hugging his rescuer and anyone who shows him affection.
“He is sweet, kind and very grateful to be safe with us,” the volunteers say.
Despite Clarence’s suffering, the puppy knows how to enjoy the simple things in life: “a walk, a hug, a gift and he loves sleeping at your feet while you work,” explains the association on its Facebook page.
