Injured and left to fend for himself, a kitten abandoned by his family was saved by a passerby, before being taken care of by a foster mother. This helps him get back on his feet and prepares him for adoption.

So young, but already so battered by life. Satchel had to endure many things that could have made him lose all confidence in humans, but this kitten continues to love them. Especially since people with big hearts have proven to him that benevolence is still in this world. His story is reported by One Green Planet.
This little red cat had been discovered wandering and in bad shape in the street in Miami. He suffered in particular from a leg injury. Instead of getting it treated, its owners had simply wrapped its paw in a plastic bag and abandoned it.
Rescued, Satchel was seen by a veterinarian, who found that he had a congenital condition. Despite everything, the young feline displayed an admirable will to live and strength of character.

After his care, he was entrusted to Mary Torres, foster mother. He continues his convalescence with her, who offers him all the love and all the attention he needs.
