48 hours later the unpredictable happens

Codie lost her English Springer Spaniel dog by name Maisie on November 5, 2022.

The poor furry got scared when suddenly a firework and she ran away.

Fled on the highway

Terrified by the sound of exploding fireworks, Maisie fled and was last seen running along a highway.

Her family desperately searched for her for two days and nights. Then, on the morning of the third day, Codie learned that he had been found in area a deceased animal. Of course, they all assumed it was Maisie.

Looking at the body, the owners really looked like that of their dog. The whole family was shocked. All that remained was bury her in the garden for always having her close.

Twist!

The day after the farewell to the dog they arrived at the owners news that Maisie had been spotted not far from where she had fled.

With the help of some volunteers from the Finding Ipswich Dogs Organization (FIDO)further research was carried out which proved to be very fruitful so much Maisie was found in a market!

48 hours after her “burial”, the four-legged revived was instead able to return home alive and well!

But then who was buried in Maisie’s place?

Codie thinks they buried a woman’s body volpewhose tawny fur resembled Maisie’s.

Fortunately, the dog had not been injured in her escape but was suffering from eye and ear infections and digestive problems.

However, all’s well that ends well: the furry girl and her family are happy to have found each other again and are recovering from the strong emotions of the previous days!
